Returns & Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you don’t love your new yoga mat, return it within 100 days for a full refund, (not including your return postage).
Please note: Returns for orders of more than 1 yoga mat must be unopened and in the original packaging. Unless mentioned otherwise, all other products should be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition.
How To Make a Return?
Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) to let us know you’d like to return your order. We’ll then give you the returns address and a unique returns number. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll send your refund to the payment method you used when placing your order within 3 working days of receipt.
If you believe your mat has been damaged or is faulty. Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) and send a photo of the mat and damage as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem. Some natural imperfections in cork is to be expected.
Due to operational & handling costs; bulk buys, wholesale & orders for businesses are not refundable.
