Love it or Return it Guarantee

We want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you don’t love your new yoga mat, return it within 90 days for a full refund, (not including your return postage). 

Please note: Returns for orders of more than 1 yoga mat must be unopened and in the original packaging. Unless mentioned otherwise, all other products should be returned unused and in a re-saleable condition. 

How to make a return?

Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) to let us know you’d like to return your order. We’ll then give you the returns address and a unique returns number. Once we’ve received and accepted your return, we’ll send your refund to the payment method you used when placing your order within 3 working days of reciept.


Damaged Goods

If you believe your mat has been damaged or is faulty. Please contact us (or reply to your order confirmation email) and send a photo of the mat and damage as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem. Some natural imperfections in cork is to be expected.

Wholesale Orders

Due to operational & handling costs; bulk buys, wholesale & orders for businesses are not refundable. 

Shipping Costs

Learn more about our shipping costs here. Any paid shipping costs is not refundable as part of a return in our Guarantee.
